What we collect

• The message text you choose to generate from. When you tap "Generate", the text you copied is sent to our server to produce replies. We do not read or log anything else you type.
• A random device ID to count daily free replies. Not linked to your name, email, phone, or Apple ID.
• Settings (language, style, gender, recipient) stored on your device to personalize replies.

What we do NOT collect

• We do not log your keystrokes.
• We do not read contacts or browsing history or request location permission for ads. A screenshot is sent for analysis only when you choose to share it.
• We do not sell or rent your data.
• The keyboard's "Full Access" is used only to read the message you choose and to fetch replies over a secure (HTTPS) connection.

How data is used

Message text is sent to our backend and AI provider (Anthropic) solely to generate replies, and is not used to train models. It also enforces the free daily limit and unlocks unlimited replies for subscribers.

Third parties

• Anthropic (Claude API) — processes message text to generate replies.
• Supabase — stores the random device ID and daily usage count.
• Vercel — hosts our backend.
• RevenueCat / Apple — process subscription purchases. We never see your card details.

Rewarded advertising

Free users may choose to watch a Google AdMob ad for additional replies. Watching is optional. Bonuses are granted only after server verification, for the amount shown before viewing. We retain a random attempt identifier, viewing timestamps, verification status and bonus amount to prevent duplicate credits and recover balances.

Google and its partners may process device or advertising identifiers, IP addresses, approximate location inferred from IP, device information, diagnostics and performance data, and ad interactions for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. Our ad requests are configured as non-personalized. Your conversation text and generated replies are not sent to AdMob. Ads appear in the app, not inside the keyboard.

Where a consent choice is required, Google displays options to consent, decline or manage choices. When Google requires a privacy-choice entry, it is available on the More replies screen. You can also manage or delete your advertising identifier in device settings. See Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner apps.

Support and reports

If you choose to submit an in-app report, we retain its category, your description, optional contact email, device identifier, platform, language, submission time and handling status. A hashed network address helps limit abuse. Reports are accessible to the app owner for support and safety handling; they are not sent to advertising or AI providers. Chats and images are not attached automatically. You may request deletion through our support address.

Retention

Message text is processed to create replies and is not stored long-term. Your device ID and usage count are kept while the app is in use; email us to request deletion.

Children

ReplyAI Love is intended for adults 18+ and is not directed at children.

Your choices

• Disable "Allow Full Access" in iOS Settings at any time.
• Turn off "Save conversation context" in settings.
• Request deletion of your data by emailing us.
